The Makah whaling crew has not been successful in finding or attacking
another whale. At this time, they are side-tied to the Makah support boat
and are not moving. KING-5 television has stated that the Makah are going to
stay out "until they get their whale."

Jonathan Paul and the other SEDNA members have been released...all boats
seized.
Jonathan and another charged with - unbelieveably and ironically -
violation of the Marine Mammal Protection Act.

In an amazing display of dedication, SEDNA members are attempting to acquire
another boat and rejoin the fight. They are also looking for donations of
'disposable' boats or jet-skis. Anyone that can help, please e-mail or call
